IssueBits Ltd., the provider of the AQA 63336 service, was set up in 2002 by Colly Myers (CEO), Bill Batchelor (Development Director) and Paul Cockerton (Communications Director). Stephen Williams joined IssueBits as CFO in October 2007.

Colly Myers has over 30 years experience in designing computing hardware and software systems. Previously MD of Psion Group PLC, and CEO of Symbian, he was also the chief architect of the mobile phone operating system Symbian OS that has now shipped in over 200 million phones. Together, the management team has over 70 years experience in technology, software and consumer industries.
